Miscellanea

It has been a very busy week. Steve is nearing the end of his semester classes and I'm trying to figure out how to balance work with being at home. We are so lucky to have two Grandmas so willing to help us so much. Vicki has been so nice to babysit for us and it has been great to have my Mom here now, too.

Here are a few miscellaneous pictures taken over the last two days of Benjamin:

I was trying to get Benjamin to hold his feet while on this cute blanket that Grandma Lucken made, but to no avail. However, he still looks adorable in just his diaper.

On Wednesday, I received a gift for Benjamin from one of my students, Katherine. She knitted him a little hat - which is so amazingly crafted and it was so sweet of her.

In case you didn't notice, Benjamin now sits on the other side of this tub so that he is more upright. He really seems to enjoy it - it gives him a better angle of the water in front of him. You can also see that he loves holding on to his feet in the tub, too!

We are trying to give him lots of tummy time, so that he can work on rolling over. He has rolled over once this week, but he certainly has some work to do to get it consistent! He also loves grabbing his toys while on his tummy or knocking the blocks over that are in the picture.

This is a sight that I don't get to see, but my Mom took this picture while feeding him yesterday. Apparently, he tends to hold on to the bottle with his two hands.

Finally, some images of Ben in his Bumbo. He enjoys his Bumbo time immensely, especially grabbing on to the sides or his toes while in it.
