Next Vegetable? Carrots!

After his success with green beans and peas, we thought carrots (one of my personal favorites) would be a breeze. His first attempt was fine, it involved a few funny faces and orange lips. The consequent nights, however, did not have him loving the carrots. He would still take bites, but not very enthusiastically. Tonight, as it was his fourth night of carrots and so was due to have a whole container, I tried to get him to eat all of it but to no avail. He just wasn't that interested in eating carrots. Tomorrow we move on to squash, so we will have to try carrots another time. Steve is convinced that Benjamin is not likely to like squash as to him it is quite unappealing. However, I love squash, so we will have to see!
